Notes: Currant-Floral-Jasmine
Our first Indonesian coffee, and its going to be one of your favorite coffees. It is rare to process coffee from this region as washed, due to climate conditions and humidity, but Frinsa collective has done an amazing job with this coffee that is grown at altitude of 1400m above sea level, it is a clean, bright, juicy and vibrant, almost like a classic Kenyan, but has that character from Indonesia as well, with flavors of red currants and floral notes.
