The coffee beans are hand-picked at their peak ripeness and then carefully left to dry on raised beds under the sun, in one of the oldest natural processing methods, reflecting the region's heritage and spirit. During the drying period, the beans absorb the flavors of the fruit's outer layer, giving them a rich, fruity character that distinguishes every sip.
