Description
The Salvadoran dry-processed is grown in the province of Tesolonia in the city of Las Brisas. It grows at an altitude of 1300-1450 meters on the El Carmen farm and is a Bourbon variety.
This coffee has a full body, moderate acidity and hints of plum, fig, raisin and hazelnut. We roast it to a medium degree to suit filter and espresso.
