Camilo Merzaldi is an elite coffee farmer, having started in the world of coffee in 1994. He began growing and trading coffee in his home country of Colombia and after achieving great success, he expanded his business to several other regions including Costa Rica, Brazil and Mexico. Camilo works on the principle of quality, he pays attention to the smallest details from the soil to the processing of the coffee cherries, which is why his farm is one of the largest farms in Costa Rica in terms of diversity of coffee crops.
