FARM HISTORY:
The La Cereza Farm and Research Center is located in the town of San Agustín, in Huila, a place recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO due to its enigmatic archaeological history. San Agustín is also famous worldwide for the production of excellent Specialty Coffees, considered by many to be the epicenter of this
industry in Colombia. The La Cereza Research Center, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level, is directed by Andrés Felipe Ospina, a renowned coffee biologist and researcher. He leads several research programs that explore the potential of local microorganisms in creating exceptional coffees, always with a focus on environmental preservation.
