Description
This Coffee was one of the easiest choices we made when purchasing through samples. A very clean and complex coffee that keeps opening up flavor note after flavor note as it cools down. This coffee is of Catuai variety grown at altitudes of 1500m, processed with a new method called Intrinsic cherry which helps develop these floral and cherry notes in it. We scored this coffee at 87.75 points.
