Description
Coming to you from the depths of Colombia, specifically from the Quindío region, the city of Armenia, at high altitudes ranging between 1200 and 1700 meters above sea level, where the Castellon farm is located, which extends over an area of seven hectares in the middle of a picturesque nature, and is 1450 meters above sea level.
The anaerobic honey processing gives this exceptional crop a unique character; the coffee beans are left to ferment inside their slimy membrane for up to 72 hours, in a carefully controlled environment. The beans are then spread out on raised beds, exposed to sunlight and fresh air, which brings out their unique aromatic profile.
To be faced with a magical blend of flavours, between a touch of rich berries, bright acidity of green lemon, and subtle hints of tropical fruits, to provide an unforgettable experience for coffee lovers and connoisseurs.
Treatment: Anaerobic honey
Hints: Blackberry, Fruity Candy, Mixed Berries
Breed: Castillo
