Finca Las Nubes is a partnership between professionals from every part of the coffee chain. They focus on quality and sustainability in everything they do throughout production. The 27-hectare farm was purchased in early 2020 and was tended to get the coffee trees into good shape. Later, less common varieties were introduced, like Mokka and Sudan Rume.

The Colombian department of Huila is located in the southern portion of the country, where the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes mountains converge. Huila's capital city of Neiva is dry, flat, and desert-like. The farms are predominantly smallholder owned and, over the past ten years, have made concerted efforts to produce specialty coffee that reveals the whole character of the region's terroir. Selective manual harvesting, attentive processing, and careful post-harvest sorting contribute to increasing recognition of the area.
