Description
A bombshell of subtlety, the delicacy of Geisha combined with the explosiveness of very beautiful natural coffees.
Abu Coffee
ABU COFFEE is a Geisha grape variety grown in the region of Cañas Verdes, Boquete, in a humid environment and rainy microclimate typical of the rainforest. Coffee trees grow on the slopes of Volcán Barú National Park, which are fertile, well-drained, of volcanic origin and deep soils enriched in organic content.
The average altitude is 1550 meters. Shade protecting the plantation is provided by native trees that grow in harmony with abundant local flora and fauna, with respect for the environment and biodiversity. Given its strategic geographical location, sunlight is a crucial element throughout the entire process. The plantation receives powerful solar radiation, interrupted in the mornings and sunsets by a soft tropical mist known locally as “Bajareque” and caressed by a thick fog.
