Discover the unique and distinct flavors of Maria coffee from Costa Rica. Cherries are fermented in sealed containers to create anaerobic conditions for cherry fermentation for 108 hours. After fermentation, the cherries are placed on raised beds to dry. It takes up to 20 days to dry.
